Terms and conditions:

1. Based on fore-held / preliminary phone/internet/live discussion of assortment, the Seller’s Sales Manager forms a parcel with all considerations and respect to Buyer’s requests, supported by the necessary shipping and invoicing documents.

2. Shipping to the Buyer Australia-wide is arranged via Toll and Australia Post delivery services at the Seller’s expense.

3. The Buyer is to notify the Seller of the goods receipt within 1 working day upon the parcel delivery via telephone or by e-mail info@jewelation.com.au.

4. Upon receipt of the parcel, the Buyer goes through the items in the parcel and selects only the ones that match their current needs and demands.

5. The Buyer is to finalize their selection within 3 working days after the parcel delivery.

6. Upon expiry thereof, all non-accepted goods must be sent back to us

Seller with their original packing and/or tags, without signs of wear and tear, and in the same condition that they were initially delivered in for no additional charge.

7. If the goods are not sent back to the Seller within 3 working days upon the parcel delivery to the Buyer, or if the goods are sent back with the signs of wear and tear, without original packing and/or tags and in poor condition, all consignment is considered to be accepted fully without any exclusions and the Buyer is invoiced the full amount of the goods initially dispatched.

8. Return of the non-accepted items to the Seller is carried out via Toll or Australia Post service at the Buyer’s expense, and must be accompanied by the document with the Buyer’s confirmed selection – based on which the Buyer will be invoiced.

9. The first 3 consignments are shipped on condition of 100% advance payment from the Buyer. We accept PayPal, Direct Deposit, or Cash – as per Buyer’s choice.

10. Upon successful completion of the first 3 consignments, there is an option of payment by instalments. Details are discussed with Buyer’s personal Sales Manager.

11. The Buyer can exchange un-sold items within 4 months after the consignment at no additional charge with the following conditions: the goods are returned without signs of tear and wear, with their original packaging and/or tags, in the same condition that they were delivered; the goods for exchange were not on special/sale at the time of the purchase; delivery of items for exchange is at Buyer’s expense; goods for exchange should not exceed a maximum of 20% of the initial selection.
